Richard Decoste
Richard was born and raised on a farm in Alexandria, Ontario, where he developed a strong work ethic and deep roots in the local agricultural community. Highly involved in agriculture throughout his life, Richard brings a practical, down-to-earth approach to real estate. He began his career as a Real Estate Sales Representative in 2008 and, driven by a passion for serving his community, opened Decoste Realty in 2014. As the owner and broker, Richard is known for his extensive local knowledge, integrity, and dedication to guiding clients through every step of the buying and selling process with confidence and care.

Natalie Cousineau
Natalie is originally from Lancaster, Ontario and now resides in Alexandria. With over 28 years of experience as a flight attendant and a customer service career that began at age 17, she brings exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and client care to her work in real estate. Natalie joined Decoste Realty in 2015 as a Real Estate Administrative Assistant and became a Sales Representative in 2016, where she continues to manage the majority of day-to-day transactions with efficiency and dedication.

Melanie Breard
Melanie began her real estate journey at Decoste Realty, working as an Assistant while completing her studies at Humber College. After graduating from the Real Estate Salesperson Program in November 2025, she transitioned into her role as a bilingual Sales Representative.
Raised in North Glengarry, Melanie brings refined local insight, clear communication, and a composed, client-focused approach—delivering a real estate experience that is polished, personal, and seamlessly guided from start to finish.

Rhonda Greenfeld
Rhonda has always had a strong interest in real estate, which she chose to pursue professionally over a decade ago after a successful career as an Account Executive managing national accounts for a major telecommunications company. That experience shaped her client-focused approach and reinforced the importance of attention to detail, clear communication, and exceptional service. Today, Rhonda brings that same commitment to client satisfaction to every real estate transaction, ensuring her clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.

Glenda Villeneuve
Glenda grew up in South Glengarry, attending Williamstown Public School and Char-Lan District High School, and now proudly lives in North Glengarry.
She is a dedicated real estate professional serving Cornwall, Glengarry, and the surrounding areas. Glenda is passionate about helping clients find their dream homes and supporting sellers as they move into their next chapter. Meeting new people and seeing their excitement when they find “the one” is her favourite part of the job.
Community involvement is important to her. She currently serves as Co-President of the Maxville & District Horticultural Society and VP Tech for Eastern Ontario Broomball, and is also involved with the Maxville Fair, Maxville Curling Club, and other local events.
Whether buying or selling, she prides herself on offering friendly, knowledgeable, and committed service to help clients reach their real estate goals.

Cali Stadelmann
As a dedicated Sales Representative with Decoste Realty since 2021, Cali proudly serves clients throughout Glengarry and Cornwall. With a strong commitment to personalized service, she works to make every real estate experience smooth, informed, and enjoyable.
Outside of real estate, Cali is a busy mom of three who loves spending winter on the curling rink. She also serves as a director at the Glengarry Highland Games. Deeply rooted in the community and passionate about helping families find the right home, Cali brings both local insight and genuine care to her work.
